We do not use cookies for tracking, and we do not collect any information passively beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) that are inherent to operating a website.

- Respond to your site survey request or inquiry
- Review and process your job application
- Contact you regarding next steps related to your submission
We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not send unsolicited emails or messages.

Information submitted through our forms is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored on servers in the United States. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with advertisers or marketing platforms. Information is accessible only to New Guild Design team members who need it to respond to your inquiry or application.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for data storage. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle infrastructure-level data. We do not control their practices and encourage you to review their policies if you have questions about infrastructure-level data handling.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
